Q: How can I Budget for my Social Event?
A:  We have distinctive Planning Guides that can facilitate the planning of your event. These guides specifically cater to your needs and your budget. We can sit down and discuss all the items that you are looking for to carry out your event.

You can also sit down and begin by choosing an overall theme for your party. Each theme will need specific allocations of funding to carry it out. In example if you choose to have a spring fling then special attention will need to be placed on beverages, tents, umbrellas, insect repellants, dance floor installation, guest accomadations. Or if you choose to have a medieval theme, then special attention will need to be placed on the floral arrangements for your entryway, centerpieces, catering buffet, and invitations. The theme will be the central focus for your event, from there everything else will follow. Remember this is the day you have been planning for, dont rush into it or make impulsive decisions. Draw out every last detail of your event and create your budget around it.  Many people don't like choosing themed wedding sbut would like a traditional wedding.  generally the size of your guest list will determine your budget as this will drive what type of facilities you will need to use.  Consult your family and see what support they offer financially, talk to your partner and draw a feasible budget for the both of you.  Then after crunching numbers go out and start looking for those items that you feel are the most important to you and your party i.e food, open bar, reception hall, flowers, dress, keepsakes, etc.  then work around everything else.  The two most important things to remeber is to book your event location early and your religious ceremony officiant first, as with a firm date the rest will follow.
